What’s Breast Cancer?
Cancer of the breast mainly affects women. When not appropriately resolved can spread to other parts of the body. It’s the most invasive kind of cancer type for females.

Types
Breast cancer has several types based on how it spreads or which part of the breast is affected.
- Ductal carcinoma: affects the breast milk duct.
- Lobular carcinoma: affects the milk-producing part of the breast.
- Invasive: cancer cells that spread to surrounding tissues around the breast.
- Noninvasive: does not spread and is confined where it began.
Symptoms
The first sign of cancer in the breast is usually a thickened area of tissue in the breast. Or, in most cases, a breast lump or an armpit lump.
Other signs include:
- Pain in the breast or armpit
- Rashes on the nipples
- Nipple discharge, sometimes with blood
- Inverted or sunken nipple
- Change in shape and size of the breast
- Redness in the breast skin
- Scaling, peeling, or flaking of the breast skin or nipple
Note: Not all breast lumps are cancerous. So, when a lump is noticed in the breast, have it screened by a doctor.
How Resveratrol Helps In Treating Cancer in the Breast
Causing cancer cell death
Resveratrol infusion can potentially initiate the death of cancer cells in the breast by stimulating several proteins.¹
Reducing the effect of chemotherapy
Because of the anti-inflammatory property of Resveratrol, it is suitable for reducing the effects of substances used in the treatment of cancer.¹ All types of cancer, including prostate and cervical cancer.

But when the estrogen level is high in the body for an extended period, it can lead to severe health conditions.³ Like:
- Cancer of the breast and cervix
- High blood pressure
- Formation of blood clots
- Low calcium, etc.
